Getting to Know Each Other
In order to personalize your program and optimize your results, we need to know more about you. A consultation is a time when the client can learn more about the trainer and the trainer can learn more about the client. The client is asked several questions to help the trainer understand the fitness needs and physical fitness level of the client. A short fitness evaluation is then administered in order to back up the information that has been gathered.
Fitness Evaluation
A Fitness Evaluation is a necessary part of a consultation for two important reasons:
- To help the trainer and the client understand exactly what the physical condition of the client is at the start date.
- To motivate the client by having a "bench mark" or "starting point" from which they can build on.
It is recommended that a Fitness Evaluation be administered every six to eight weeks in order to continue to motivate and to optimize programming.
Consultations are FREE
Consultations and Fitness Evaluations are always FREE OF CHARGE! Fitness Evaluations usually only take 20-30 minutes and consultations last about an hour. All you have to do is call to set up a time: 651-983-2435.
