Armando Guerra Certified Personal Trainer Certified in CPR and First Aid through the American Red Cross Worked in the Health and Wellness industry for 12 years with companies such as Lifetime Fitness, Bally Total Fitness and LA Fitness Competitive bodybuilder for 2 years.
